At Duhab Store, we want you to love your premium hoodie. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized hoodies cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

1. Contact us to initiate a return
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Ship the item back to our address (provided upon request)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
